Ingredients
6PoundsApples,peeled cored and sliced
3/4CupSugar
1/2CupAll-purpose flour
1teaspoonCinnamon
1/4teaspoonNutmeg
For the topping:
1/2CupSugar
1/2CupBrown sugar
1CupOatmeal
1CupAll-purpose flour
1/4teaspoonCinnamon
1/8teaspoonNutmeg
1StickUnsalted butter,softened
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees F. Set a 9x13 pan aside.
For the Base
In a large bowl toss apples with all the the ingredients to coat.
Spread into a 9x13 pan.
For the topping:
In a medium bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add the butter to the dry ingredients with a fork or pastry cutter to form crumbs.
