Easy Turkey Meatloaf

Dinner doesn't getting any easier with this Easy Turkey Meatloaf on the menu! The added shredded carrots means you'll get your protein and your veggies!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Turkey (I use either 85% or 90%lean)
  • 2 medium Carrots ,grated
  • 1 large Sweet onion ,minced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic ,minced
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 3/4 Cups Seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients until just mixed together. 
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and shape into a log. 
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. If you want to brown the top a bit you can switch oven to broil for the last 5 minutes.  
  • Remove from oven and serve.
