Ingredients
1/2Head of green cabbage, chopped
1/4Head of red cabbage, chopped
1CupShredded carrots
1/2CupYellow onion ,diced
For the dressing
1/2CupRaw apple cider vinegar
1/4CupRaw honey
1/3CupCholesterol free mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl toss prepared vegetables together.
For the dressing
In a medium mixing bowl whisk remaining ingredients together.
Pour over prepared vegetables and toss to coat them. Cover and refrigerate to let ingredients meld together. We refrigerated ours for about an hour before serving.
