Cream Cheese
,softened

Sour Cream

Mayonnaise

Thick Cut Bacon
,cooked and chopped into bits and divided

Chopped Romaine or ice burg lettuce

Cherry tomatoes

Juice from one lime

Chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
In a medium bowl mix together, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and half of the chopped bacon.
In a small bowl, toss diced avocado with lime juice and cilantro. Set aside.
Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, remaining bacon bits and cheddar cheese.
Serve with melba toast, corn chips and fresh veggies.
Notes
To make a lower calorie version use a low fat cream cheese and mayonnaise. Substitute the sour cream with yogurt and use turkey bacon.
