Ingredients
6OuncesFresh cranberries
1/2CupGranulated sugar
2Green onions,chopped
1/4CupFresh cilantro,chopped
1Jalapeno pepper,seeded and finely chopped
1/2TablespoonFresh lime juice
1,8 Ounce packageCream cheese
Serve with assorted crackers and fresh veggies.
Instructions
Place cranberries and sugar into the bowl of a food processor. (I used my Ninja Blender)
Pulse until coarsely chopped.
In a medium bowl, stir cranberry mixture, green onions, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice together.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. (The flavors need time to meld together)
When ready to serve, place softened cream cheese on a serving plate. Using a slotted spoon, drain salsa and pour over the top of the cream cheese.
