Ingredients
2LargeOranges
4CupsFresh cranberries
2Red apples,like macintosh, do not peel, cored
1CupSugar
1/2CupChopped walnuts,optional
Instructions
Peel oranges and reserve half of one peel. (If you have oranges with thick skin, scrape away some of the white part and discard)
Coarsely chop all of the fruit including the peel, in a food processor. Transfer fruit to a bowl, add sugar and mix well.
