Ingredients
1LargeOnion,finely chopped
2Garlic cloves,finely minced
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonGround black pepper
¼teaspoonDried thyme leaves or 1 tsp. fresh thyme
½teaspoonDried oregano
¼ - ½teaspoonCrushed red pepper flakes,optional
1CupRoughly chopped fresh baby spinach leaves
2TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
⅓CupChicken broth
2PoundsLean ground turkey
¾CupPlain panko bread crumbs

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with hands to combine.
Place in a large roasting pan and form into a loaf.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Internal temperature should be 160 Degrees F.
