Ingredients
4-5CupsBroccoli,chopped
1LargeRed pepper ,chopped
1/4CupChopped red onion
1LargeApple,chopped, I used a macintosh
1/2CupChopped pecans
2Carrots,shredded
For the dressing
3/4CupMayonnaise
3TablespoonsRaw honey
2TablespoonsRaw apple cider vinegar
2TablespoonsChia seeds
Instructions
For the salad
Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.
For the dressing
In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and chia seeds
Pour over vegetables and toss to coat with the dressing.
