Cookout season has arrived!  So you're probably going to be needing some great salad recipes.  This Broccoli Apple Salad has a sweet creamy honey and apple cider vinegar dressing added that will have you digging in for seconds!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Cups Broccoli ,chopped
  • 1 Large Red pepper ,chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped red onion
  • 1 Large Apple ,chopped, I used a macintosh
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 Carrots ,shredded

For the dressing

  • 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds

Instructions

For the salad

  • Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.

For the dressing

  • In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, vinegar and chia seeds
  • Pour over vegetables and toss to coat with the dressing.
