Ingredients

  • 1 ,8 ounce package Cream cheese ,softened
  • 1 ,8 ounce container Hummus, (I used plain but you can choose your favorite flavor)
  • 1 Cup Cucumbers ,chopped
  • 1 ,8 ounce container Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Greek seasoning ,I used mcCormick
  • 1 Scallion ,diced

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese with lemon juice and greek seasoning. Spread in the bottom of a shallow dish. A pie plate or 9x9 baking dish would work. I used a long white serving dish that I had. Next spread hummus over the cream cheese. Add a layer of chopped cucumbers, diced tomatoes then top with the feta and scallion.
  • ** You can chop all of your veggies and have your cream cheese mixture pre made, however you really don't want to put everything together until a few hours before serving. The cucumbers and tomatoes become watery and will make your dip too soupy. Once everything is chopped and mixed, it can be put together very quickly right before serving.

Notes

Serve with Pita bread, crackers and cut veggies
