All the delicious flavors of guacamole in a smooth and creamy Avocado Hummus!

- 1 ,15 ounce can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 Small Ripe avocados
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh lime juice ,about 2 limes depending on how juicy they are
- 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/8 teasoons Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- Olive oil and crushed red pepper for topping
- 1 teaspoon Fresh cilantro ,chopped
In food processor or high powered blender such as vitamix or ninja, place chick peas, olive oil, garlic, tahini and lime juice. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes scraping sides periodically. Add avocado,cumin, salt and pepper and blend for another 3-5 minutes until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides periodically to make sure all the chunks get processed.
Place in serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and top with crushed red pepper and chopped cilantro.
