My favorite Summer fruit has made it's way into this sensational Peach Mousse {with Tequila}. The added flavoring of Tequila and Triple sec make it the perfect ending to your next adult dinner party!
Place peaches in a heavy saucepan with sugar and tequila and triple sec. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cook stirring occasionally. About 30-45 minutes until it forms a paste. Let cool completely. Once cooled place mixture in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. About 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl whip egg whites to form stiff peaks. Set aside.
In a medium bowl whip heavy cream. Set aside.
Fold cooled peach mixture into egg whites.
Fold whipped heavy cream into peach/egg white mixture.
Pour into serving dishes and cover with a piece of plastic wrap.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
