Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe avocados
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 Roma tomato ,seeded and pulp removed, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Minced red onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic ,minced or put through a garlic press
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice avocados in half and remove pit. Scoop out inside of avocado with a spoon and place in a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until consistency is creamy with some small chunks . Place remaining ingredients in the bowl with the avocado and mix well.
  • Serve with corn chips and veggies as a dip or as a side with your favorite Mexican dishes.
  • ** You will want to make the same day it will be served as it may begin to turn brown by the next day. Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
