2PoundsBoneless skinless chicken breast,cut into bite sized pieces
2 1/2TablespoonsDIY Taco Seasoning or you can use packaged
1Recipe Home made Guacalmole
1Recipe Fresh Salsa
1,15 ounce canBlack beans, drained and rinsed
Sour cream for topping
Shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend for topping
Instructions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat a large skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
In a large bowl mix the chicken with the taco seasoning to coat well.
Place seasoned chicken into your heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes then toss to cook on other side. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (Cooking time may vary depending on how big your chicken pieces are)
Place all your toppings in bowls and make a serving station either on your counter or table.
