Homemade Peanut Butter Cups {Dairy Free}

These Homemade Peanut Butter Cups are a healthier spin on everyone's favorite peanut buttery sweet treat.  Made with all natural peanut butter and {Dairy Free} and Gluten Free too!

Ingredients

  • 1 ,12 ounce bag Chocolate chips ,(Dairy Free Brand)
  • 1 Cup All natural creamy peanut butter ,I used Teddy brand
  • 5 Tablespoons Agave , or sweetener of your choice
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut oil ,melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix peanut butter, agave, coconut oil and salt together until well combined.
  • Place 36 paper liners in mini muffin tin. Fill the bottom of each liner with about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate. Bang the pan on the counter to evenly distribute the chocolate. Place in the freezer for 3 minutes to harden. Remove from freezer and place about 1 tsp of peanut butter mixture on top of hardened chocolate. Bang pan on counter again to distribute peanut butter. Top with remaining chocolate to cover the tops evenly. Bang on counter to distribute chocolate. Chill in the fridge to set.
