Ingredients
For the Fish and Fish Marinade
2PoundsCod,or flaky white fish as suggested in recipe
1/4CupOlive oil
1Lime,Juiced
1TablespoonAncho Chile Powder
1Jalapeno,diced
1/4CupChopped, fresh Cilantro
For the Creamy Fish Sauce
1/4CupSour Cream
1/4CupMayonnaise
1Lime,juiced
2teaspoons Chili Garlic Sauce,see recipe notes for link to the one I use
Other ingredients needed for Tacos
16Soft Taco Tortillas

Instructions
For the Fish and Fish Marinade
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Place all ingredients except for the fish in a medium bowl and whisk together.
Place fish in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over it. Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place fish on it. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flaky.
Heat a skillet to medium high, lightly spray with oil and heat tortillas for about 30 seconds per side.
For the Creamy Fish Sauce
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Taste and feel free to add any more chili garlic sauce if you like it spicier.
