Easy Banana Bread
Banana bread is a staple in our house so this Easy Banana Bread recipe is my go to recipe.
Servings 8 Slices in one loaf
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cups Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Canola oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 Cup Very ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease loaf pan and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. In a large bowl whisk buttermilk, canola oil, eggs, bananas and vanilla together. Mix dry ingredients into wet with a spoon or whisk until well combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
**This makes one loaf so I usually double it so there's an extra loaf to share!
