Ingredients
15ounceContainer of ricotta cheesedrained
1,8 ounce packagecream cheese,softened
1CUpHeavy cream,whipped
1CupConfectioner sugar
zest of one lemon
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl whip ricotta and cream cheese together.
Add confectioner sugar and all of lemon zest except for a small amount to sprinkle on top of dip.Mix well.
In a separate bowl whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Fold into dip.
Place in serving dish, top with lemon zest and dust with extra confectioner sugar if desired.
