Ingredients
2poundsGround Turkey (I use either 85% or 90%lean)
2mediumCarrots,grated
1largeSweet onion,minced
2ClovesGarlic,minced
2-3TablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
1/4CupKetchup
1/4CupMilk
2LargeEggs
1 3/4CupsSeasoned bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients until just mixed together.
Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and shape into a log.
Place in preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. If you want to brown the top a bit you can switch oven to broil for the last 5 minutes.
