Easy Turkey Meatloaf
Dinner doesn't getting any easier with this Easy Turkey Meatloaf on the menu! The added shredded carrots means you'll get your protein and your veggies!
Servings 8 people
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey (I use either 85% or 90%lean)
- 2 medium Carrots ,grated
- 1 large Sweet onion ,minced
- 2 Cloves Garlic ,minced
- 2-3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 3/4 Cups Seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients until just mixed together.
Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and shape into a log.
Place in preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. If you want to brown the top a bit you can switch oven to broil for the last 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve.
