- 8 Slices Bacon ,cooked and chopped
- 1 ,8 ounce package Cream cheese ,softened
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Rounded teaspons Dijon style mustard
- 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Swiss cheese ,available on dairy aisle
- 3 Scallions ,chopped
- 1/2 Cup Roasted pistachios ,chopped
- 1 large loaf of fresh bread from the bakery section of grocery store. (Italian or something similar.)
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Place in a small casserole dish and bake for 15-18 minutes or until warm and bubbly and slightly browned on top.
Tear bread into bite sized pieces and serve with dip.
