Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion ,finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves ,finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Dried thyme leaves or 1 tsp. fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ¼ - ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes ,optional
  • 1 Cup Roughly chopped fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Cup Chicken broth
  • 2 Pounds Lean ground turkey
  • ¾ Cup Plain panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Large Eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together with hands to combine.
  • Place in a large roasting pan and form into a loaf.
  • Bake for about 40-45 minutes. Internal temperature should be 160 Degrees F.
