{Cranberry} Asian Ginger Dressing

The warmth of  ginger and tanginess of cranberry is the perfect combination to top your salad with to give it an Asian flare. This Cranberry Asian Ginger Dressing is a sweet and tangy treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Craisins ,soaked in water for about 1 hour
  • 1 , 1 inch Piece of ginger peeled and grated
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 Cup Rice vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup Canola oil
  • 1/4 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Honey

Instructions

  • Drain water from the craisins.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. (I used the single serve attachment that I have with my blender.)
  • *If you have and emulsion blender you could also use that instead.
