Ingredients
1/4CupCraisins,soaked in water for about 1 hour
1, 1 inchPiece of ginger peeled and grated
1/4CupFreshly squeezed orange juice
1/3CupRice vinegar
1/3CupCanola oil
1/4CupGreek yogurt
1teaspoonHoney
Instructions
Drain water from the craisins.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes. (I used the single serve attachment that I have with my blender.)
*If you have and emulsion blender you could also use that instead.
