  • 2 Ripe mangos ,peeled, pitted and diced
  • Juice from one lime
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Diced red onion


  • Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to mix well.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on chicken or fish.
