1,15 ounce canChickpeas, drained and rinsed
4TablespoonsFresh lime juice,about 2 limes depending on how juicy they are
Olive oil and crushed red pepper for topping
In food processor or high powered blender such as vitamix or ninja, place chick peas, olive oil, garlic, tahini and lime juice. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes scraping sides periodically. Add avocado,cumin, salt and pepper and blend for another 3-5 minutes until smooth and creamy. Scrape the sides periodically to make sure all the chunks get processed.
Place in serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and top with crushed red pepper and chopped cilantro.
