For the salad
3CupsBaby spinach
3CupsBaby arugula
4OuncesMandarin oranges,juice drained
1/2CupCraisins
1/2CupSliced almonds

For the Orange Balsamic Vinaigarette
1/2CupFreshly squeezed orange juice
4TablespoonsBalsamic vinegar

Instructions
For the salad
In a large salad bowl, toss together spinach and arugula.
Top with remaining ingredients.
