- 1 1/2 Cups Old fashioned Oats ,not the quick cooking time ones
- 1/2 Cup Roughly chopped pecans
- 1/2 Cup Roughly chopped dried banana chips
- 1 Tablespoons Coconut oil ,melted
- 1/4 Cup Honey
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Mix melted coconut oil and honey together then add to dry and mix with a rubber spatula until everything is well combined.
Spread into an even layer on parchment. Place on middle rack of oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning.
**Granola will remain soft until it has cooled. After it is cooled it will become crunchy.
**Feel free to double recipe if you want a larger batch.
