Ingredients

  • Cooked white or brown rice to serve 4
  • 2 Pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast ,cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons DIY Taco Seasoning or you can use packaged
  • 1 Recipe Home made Guacalmole
  • 1 Recipe Fresh Salsa
  • 1 ,15 ounce can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Sour cream for topping
  • Shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican blend for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.
  • Heat a large skillet with 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
  • In a large bowl mix the chicken with the taco seasoning to coat well.
  • Place seasoned chicken into your heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes then toss to cook on other side. Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. (Cooking time may vary depending on how big your chicken pieces are)
  • Place all your toppings in bowls and make a serving station either on your counter or table.
  • Create your own Naked Chicken Burrito by placing rice and chicken in a bowl and then topping with whatever you like! Enjoy!
