Ingredients
1,12 ounce bagChocolate chips,(Dairy Free Brand)
1CupAll natural creamy peanut butter,I used Teddy brand
5TablespoonsAgave, or sweetener of your choice
3TablespoonsCoconut oil,melted
1/4teaspoonSalt
Instructions
Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl mix peanut butter, agave, coconut oil and salt together until well combined.
Place 36 paper liners in mini muffin tin. Fill the bottom of each liner with about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate. Bang the pan on the counter to evenly distribute the chocolate. Place in the freezer for 3 minutes to harden. Remove from freezer and place about 1 tsp of peanut butter mixture on top of hardened chocolate. Bang pan on counter again to distribute peanut butter. Top with remaining chocolate to cover the tops evenly. Bang on counter to distribute chocolate. Chill in the fridge to set.
