Nothing but wholesome fresh ingredients in this 5 Minute Healthy Blueberry Yogurt!

5 Minute Healthy Blueberry YogurtI love yogurt but I don’t love the sugar and artificial sweeteners that most use so I decided to make my own!  Three ingredients and about 5 minutes is all you need to make this fresh artificial free yogurt!

Now that Winter is winding down I’m trying to get myself back in shape.  The older I get the harder it gets.

Since I enjoy eating yogurt so much, it’s one of my go to snacks.  It’s a great healthy low calorie choice that fills me up.

I also love to eat it for breakfast with my favorite cereal and fresh fruit mixed in it.  As long as I have delicious treats like this around it makes eating healthy easy for me.

We all start with good intentions of eating healthy but sometimes it can just be easier to grab junk when we get busy.  Keeping healthy snacks like this around will help you stick with it!
