If you love cannoli you’re in for a treat with this tasty Cannoli Dip {with Lemon Zest}! The addition of the lemon zest makes it great for dipping fruit. So quick and easy to make you’ll have a great simple eye catching dish to make for your next gathering.
I have been to so many graduation parties the past few weeks and have enjoyed tasting all the different treats that people have brought to share. One of my favorites was brought to a party last weekend by a friend of mine. I loved it so much I decided to share it here on my blog. I added lemon zest to give it a nice fresh flavor for dipping fruit as well as cannoli chips. The bakery at my local market makes these awesome little cannoli chips but there are many great things you could use in their place…pizzelle cookies broken into pieces, waffle cones or bowls broken up, vanilla wafer cookies, graham crackers, your favorite fruit or whatever else you can think of. Use your imagination!

One of my favorite things about serving this Cannoli Dip {with Lemon Zest} is the fact that the cannoli chips don’t get soggy. I love cannoli but once you fill your little shells you really need to eat them right away or they begin to soak up the liquid in the cheese. I also love that this is such an easy recipe to make. Enjoy!
I will be sharing this recipe at the following link parties:
