Heath Bar Dip {Three Ingredients}

As much as I love to cook sometimes it’s nice to have a delicious recipe that you can throw together in minutes.

Whether you’re having a party and making lots of food and you need some quick and easy recipes to make or  you’re invited to a spur of the moment get together and you don’t want to show up empty handed.  This is one of those recipes you need to keep on hand!

Heath Bar Dip

I brought this Heath Bar Dip to an impromptu get together this past weekend and it was definitely a success. When I see an empty bowl at the end of the evening I take that as a sign that it was well liked!

I even got my son to make me this cute Apple Swan Decoration for my apple plate!  So cute!

How to serve this Heath Bar Dip

I served my Heath Bar Dip with sliced apples but it would also be great with strawberries or graham crackers.

If you do use apples you will want to add an acid to them after they are cut to prevent them from browning.

I dipped mine in lemon juice.  I like the tart flavor that it adds. If you don’t like the extra tartness there are other methods to prevent browning, however I have not tried them.

You can soak them in salt water and then rinse them so they don’t taste salty, soak them in ginger ale or a mixture of lemon juice and water.
