My favorite Summer fruit has made it’s way into this sensational Peach Mousse {with Tequila}.  The added flavoring of Tequila and Triple sec make it the perfect ending to your next adult dinner party!

Peach Mousse {with Tequila}

Last week I shared the gourmet spread that I came home from work to.  It began with a light and refreshing Spinach & Arugula Salad {with Orange Balsamic Vinaigarette}.

The main course was an amazing Seared Roast Duck Breast {with Cherry Port Wine Sauce}.

Today I finally get to share the ending to this magnificent meal with you. Peach Mousse {with Tequila}!

I’m sure you’ll agree it’s always nice to come home to a delicious dinner after a long day.  You can imagine my surprise when I came home to this one!  And it wasn’t even a special occasion!

All of the alcohol in this Peach Mousse {with Tequila} does completely get boiled out of the dessert.  If you still prefer not to add the alcohol that’s fine too.  Just eliminate it from the recipe.
