My Autumn wouldn’t be complete without eating a Caramel Apple. This Salted Caramel Apple Martini will certainly work too! All the delicious flavors of Autumn come together in this delectable drink!

Salted Caramel Apple Martini

I wanted to find a simple “harvesty” flavored alcoholic drink to serve to my friends this weekend and this Salted Caramel Apple Martini was the perfect choice.  Delicious, “harvesty” and easy to make. Just what I was looking for!

Supper Club is coming up this weekend and Paul and I are the hosting couple for this one.  Ok…I know…you’re wondering what the heck is Supper Club, right?  In a nutshell…us and 5 other “couple” friends started “Supper Club” about 1 year ago.  Each couple gets a turn to pick a different restaurant to try and…we go!  The hosting couple is the only two who know which restaurant we will be going to so it’s always a surprise for the rest of the group until the day of.  We meet at the hosting couple’s house for a little appetizer/cocktail hour…(except for our designated drivers of course).  We reveal the restaurant that we will be going to and head out. At the end of dinner we write everyone’s name on a piece of paper who has not hosted yet and have the waitress pick one out of a glass, bread basket or something.

Supper Club was created in memory of my father. He worked very hard but also knew how to enjoy life.  He had a special group of friends, “The Druslaph’s”!  Ha…yes…they even gave themselves a name!  They were always doing something fun.  Whether it was going on a trip somewhere or just getting together to go to dinner or play cards.  Supper Club is our way to honor “The Druslaph’s”  and to make sure we are enjoying life, celebrating friendships and trying new things.

I loved all the different restaurants that we were introduced to over the past year.  I hope everyone likes our choice just as much.  It was one of my dad’s favorites.  He loved to go out to eat and we just celebrated the 1 year anniversary of his passing so I knew it would be the perfect choice. This one’s for you Dad!
