Cole Slaw is loaded with vitamin rich veggies but unfortunately it typically gets slathered with lots of mayo, sugar and sour cream. This {Healthy} Cole Slaw Dressing adds raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey for a more healthful delicious flavor!
Now that the holidays are over we are all ready to do a little detox in our home and this tasty Cole Slaw Dressing that my son made over the weekend was a good start.
My son and I have been anxious to use some of our new Christmas toys. My new Cannon EOS Rebel T5 camera and his Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite Digital electric smokehouse!
My son broke out his smoker on Sunday and cooked up a feast for the entire family! Pulled pork sandwiches with a homemade barbeque sauce on toasted brioche rolls, Homemade Skillet Corn Bread, Arugula Salad {with Prosciutto Wrapped Apples} and finally this {Healthy} Cole Slaw Dressing!
Is your mouth watering? Let’s just say there wasn’t a lot of talking going on at the dinner table on Sunday. Just lots of yummy sounds!
I couldn’t wait to share this tasty recipe with you and I couldn’t wait to see how my pictures would come out with my new camera! I still need to figure out a few things but I have to say…I love my new camera! Thank you Paul!

I loved my sons {Healthy} Cole Slaw Dressing. I added mine right on top of my pulled pork sandwich for a little added crunch. Delicious!
