  • 8 Slices Bacon ,cooked and chopped
  • 1 ,8 ounce package Cream cheese ,softened
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Rounded teaspons Dijon style mustard
  • 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Swiss cheese ,available on dairy aisle
  • 3 Scallions ,chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Roasted pistachios ,chopped
  • 1 large loaf of fresh bread from the bakery section of grocery store. (Italian or something similar.)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
  2. Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place in a small casserole dish and bake for 15-18 minutes or until warm and bubbly and slightly browned on top.
  4. Tear bread into bite sized pieces and serve with dip.
