This Caprese Dip is my new go to Summer party dip! Great for when you need to throw together a quick app in a pinch.
Paul and I were invited to some friends house a few weeks ago and I offered to bring an appetizer but I was really short on time. Paul wanted me to make Caprese Tartlets but I still needed to go to the market to get the ingredients and I knew I didn’t have the time to put them together. I didn’t want to disappoint so that’s when the brilliant idea to make them into a dip popped into my head!
I’ve made this Caprese Dip for a few other parties since and it’s been a big hit every time! I have been asked for the recipe by several people. So here it is! Enjoy!

Love this dip, as does everyone I share it with. Great upgrade is to use half cream cheese, half mascarpone. Delicious!
